Starting Saturday 19th March.
Venue: Clapham Common South, opposite the Tube station.
Day: Wednesday evening 7pm and Saturday morning 10.30am
Info: These will be classes that include learning boxing technique,which is great for self defence and getting fit. At the same time increasing your fitness, losing weight and toning up.
Signing in: Sign up via phone call or email before 7pm the day before to guarentee your place
Payment: Preferred method is paypal on this website follow the link to the shop. Or bring cash or cheque (payable to Paul Carroll) in an envelope with your name on it.
