DayWednesday evening 7pm and Saturday morning 10.30am
 
Info: These will be classes that include learning boxing technique,which is great for self defence and getting fit.  At the same time increasing your fitness, losing weight and toning up.
 
Signing in: Sign up via phone call or email before 7pm the day before to guarentee your place

Group Training
 
 
Group Training sessions are designed to share the cost of Personal Training sessions and up to 4 people can train in any 1 group.  If you have 1 or more persons who would like to train with you then great, if not then contact us and we can partner you up with others also seeking group training
 
Location is Clapham Common South.  So if you want to learn boxing skills, have fun doing so, tone up and lose weight affordably then these group training sessions are for you.
 
Led by former Boxers who are qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers. All levels and abilities catered for.
